How to Reset Giottus Account Password

How do I reset my account password?

In login page click on "Forgot Password" next provide your registered email id and click on "Reset Password".
After confirming the registered email id complete the mobile number verification through OTP received in your registered mobile number.

In the next page provide the new password that you want to change and submit it.

Password criteria are mentioned as well.
After submitting the new password it will open the login page with the message "Update Successful".

Then check your registered email id for the "Password Reset Confirmation" mail received. (Check in inbox/spam folder)

Confirm the mail link it will open the login page with the message "Email verification is successfully completed".
Now you can log in with your new password.

Note:

If the password reset mail not received login with the registered email id & new password you will get an option to resend the mail.
