2FA Reset Process
If you reset 2FA code, mention the REASON FOR WANT TO DISABLE 2FA and please do complete the following details for the verification send mail to support@giottus.com
- In a white paper write 3 details,
- Giottus
- Your registered email id
- Present-day date
- Hold this white paper and your PAN Card and take a photo along with yourself. (Check this sample image for your reference).
- Our team will update you further for the 2FA Reset process.
Once the verification process completed 2FA will be reset OTP received through mobile SMS.
