To sign up on Giottus, you'll need to meet the eligibility requirements first, which include being at least 18 years old, an Indian citizen with a valid PAN card, and a valid address identity proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport.
The sign-up process involves registering on the Giottus website or app, filling in basic details like name,email, password, and verifying your email & mobile number. Additionally, international mobile numbers require Google Authenticator verification for added security.
2. What documents are required for KYC?
To complete your KYC verification on Giottus, you will need to submit the following documents
1. PAN Card: A mandatory scan of your PAN card.
2. Identity Proof: Either a scan of both sides of your Aadhaar card or an alternate ID proof like VoterID, Passport (valid for at least 6 months), or Driving License (valid for at least 6 months).
3. Selfie Image: A clear selfie image is also required for verification purposes.
3. What are the KYC tiers and their limits
Giottus has introduced four KYC-linked withdrawal slabs with varying limits. The limits are
determined based on the level of KYC compliance, with higher compliance resulting in higher withdrawal limits. The exact limits are examined on a case-to-case basis by Giottus's

4. How long does verification take?
Giottus's KYC verification process is quick and approved within 10 minutes. However, the exact duration may vary depending on document quality and verification load. Giottus prioritizes security checks, ensuring integrity while streamlining the process.
5. Can NRIs or foreigners register?
As per our policies, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign nationals/non-Indian citizens are currently not eligible to open individual or trading accounts on Giottus.
