1.How can INR be deposited?
To deposit funds, choose from UPI, NEFT, or IMPS.

2.How to withdraw INR?
To withdraw funds, log in to the Giottus app or website.
Go to the dashboard, select 'INR Withdraw', and enter the amount minimum 500/- to maximum 5,00,000/-.
Funds will be credited instantly to your chosen bank account after OTP verification.
3.Minimum / maximum deposit & withdrawal limits.
Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:
Minimum deposit of ₹100
Max limits: instant IMPS deposit limit of ₹5,00,000, normal deposit limit of ₹2,00,000, and instant UPI deposit limit of ₹1,00,000.
Withdrawals have a minimum limit of ₹500, with maximum limits determined by your withdrawal tier.
4.How long do withdrawals take?
INR withdrawals are processed instantly, ensuring timely access to your funds.
5.Why is my withdrawal delayed?
Withdrawals may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as server outages, bank partner issues, or scheduled system maintenance.
6.Are there any bank holidays or downtime that affect withdrawals?
Withdrawals are typically processed without interruption, except in cases of system downtime or scheduled maintenance, which may cause delays.
7.Can I withdraw directly to UPI/wallets?
INR withdrawals are exclusively credited to the registered bank account chosen during the withdrawal process, with no option for direct transfers to UPI or wallets.
