What are Baskets? 

 

Baskets are expert-curated, thematic investments that augment an investor’s portfolio in the long run. Themes such as DeFi, metaverse, gaming, and meme coins are already popular among Indian investors, and Baskets are specifically designed to meet this demand. 

 

Baskets are perfect for long-term investors who plan to stay active in the cryptocurrency market.


What are the different baskets that Giottus offers?

 

Giottus currently offers 4 baskets. They are DeFi, Metaverse, Beginner's Luck, and Crypto large cap. More baskets are on the way!

 

How do Baskets work?

 

Baskets are a curation of different coins in pre-defined proportions. Different baskets have a variety of themes and purposes. One can select the Basket that best suits them based on their financial preferences. In short, Baskets work like a box of assorted sweets.

 

Which coins are there in each basket? 

 

Beginner's luck has (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). 

 

Crypto large cap includes (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Cardano (ADA). 

 

DeFi includes Chainlink (LINK), Avaware (AVE), PancakeSwap (CAKE), Torchain (TOR), and Basic Attention Token Price (BAT). 

 

Metaverse includes Decentraland (MANA), The Sandbox (SAND), Theta Network (THETA), and Chromia (CHR).

 

What happens if I only want to sell one coin from the Basket?

 

One can individually sell any coin they want at any point in time. Baskets apply only while buying.


Is there a minimum time to hold Baskets?


No. There is no minimum time to hold any Baskets. 

 

Is there a minimum amount I need to hold Baskets?

 

You need a minimum of Rs. 100 to hold Baskets. 

 

What about the returns?

 

The number of coins you hold, and their current value determine your returns.
