After withdrawal completed you can check the status using the transaction hash id.


The steps are,


Go to Dashboard page last Crypto Deposit/Withdraw details.


In this section select the

‘+’ link for the withdrawal status you want to see.



Click on Explore link, it will open the transaction details in ETH block explorer page etherscan.io



In this transaction details page you can find the Transaction Hash, Status, TO address transferred, Value of Ethereum transferred.


The points have marked in the above screenshot for your reference. The same will be shown in your transaction details as well.


Using this hash id contact the receiver's side, check with them for the ETH not credited. 


Once after the transaction showing success and confirmed it will be in the receiver address scope. It’s in their answerability.
