Note: if you are having issue with already deposited  entry, refer below. Else Skip and go to section below.

Your screenshot should have the following three details


1. Account number.

2. Reference number.

3. Amount transferred.


Reference number : Reference number is a 12 digit number that you will find in your bank statement. please refer to the screenshot below for reference number.
