To update/change the Giottus registered bank account any one of these documents you can submit for the bank update,Send a mail to support@giottus.com

1. Cancelled cheque.
2. E-Bank statement (PDF).
3. Passbook image.

The details will verify from the submitted documents are,
• The account should be in your name (KYC registered name)
• Account number & Account type (Savings account/Current Account)
• IFSC

*NRE/NRO Accounts not accepted.

After receiving the details for bank change we will reset the existing bank settings and send you the confirmation mail. Next you can login to Giottus account bank details page will be open, enter the new bank details and submit it. 


We will verify and approve the same.
